Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Annual Reports

The Freedom of Information Act requires every Federal agency to submit a report to the Attorney General of the United States annually [pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552(e)(1)], providing detailed information concerning the administration of the Act. TTB's submission, provided at the links below by year, is included in the Department of the Treasury's report.
