Deborah
A. Pereira
Chief, Risk Management Staff
Deborah A. Pereira serves the Alcohol
and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) as the
Chief, Risk Management Staff. She is responsible
for administering Field Operations' risk assessment
program.
Ms. Pereira joined the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco
and Firearms in October of 2002 as Chief of
the Revenue Operations Branch. She has 16 years
experience as an auditor for the Marine Corps
Nonappropriated Fund Audit Service (MCNAFAS)
and held a variety of positions in that organization.
She spent the last five years with MCNAFAS as
the Regional Director in the Far East.
Ms. Pereira graduated from the University of
North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor's
degree in Accounting and from Strayer University
with a master's degree in Accounting. She passed
the CPA exam and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
