PARDON OUR DUST: ALFD Database Transition

Please be advised that in preparation of the launch of COLAs Online, the Advertising, Labeling & Formulation Division (ALFD) will shut down COLA/Formula Modernization (CFM), the current Division tracking database, on Friday, April 25th. Such procedures are necessary in order to transfer all data from CFM to the COLAs Online system. Once implemented, COLAs Online (no longer CFM) will be utilized to track all applications and correspondence entering the Division. Rest assured however, appropriate measures have been designed in order to make this transition as smooth as possible for our customers. We will use auxiliary methods to track incoming work during the transition period. Our goal is minimal impact on you. Please be aware of this upcoming change as we prepare to unveil COLAs Online.
