TTB's COLAs Online Electronic Filing System

TTB’s electronic filing system for Certificates of Label Approval (COLAs) is available to registered alcohol industry members as well as third party filers.  This system, COLAs Online, is Web-based and entirely paperless!  COLAs Online allows filers to submit COLA applications via the TTB Web site.  Electronic submissions make it possible for our Advertising, Labeling and Formulation Division personnel to process applications more efficiently and provide electronic notification to applicants of approval or rejection.
