- Providing information technology advice to the alcohol beverage industry members and representatives regarding e-filing. This can include assisting with the label uploads to the COLAs Online System, conducting demos of the COLAs Online System.
- Leading the ALFD effort to transform the processing of label applications by managing the COLAs Online System. This includes ensuring the integrity of the data of the System.
- Reviewing and processing TTB Form 5013.2, COLAS Online Access Request, for access to the COLAs Online System. This is includes providing User IDs and Passwords.
