Chief FOIA Officer

In response to the President's Executive Order 13392 of December 14, 2005 (Improving Agency Disclosure of Information), the Department of the Treasury has designated Dan Tangherlini, Assistant Secretary for Management, as the Chief Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer.
