Proposed "Middleburg Virginia" Viticultural Area Comment Period Reopened
We have reopened the comment period for the proposed "Middleburg Virginia" American viticultural area until February 27, 2012. To submit a comment electronically, use the Regulations.gov comment form for Notice No. 123. To submit comments by postal mail or hand delivery, see the instructions included within the notice. TTB Proposes Changes to Label Approval Form
We are revising TTB F 5100.31 in part to streamline the application and review process and to remove impediments without compromising our mandates under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act. (01/09/12)

T.D. TTB–100, Establishment of the Coombsville Viticultural Area. 
This final rule establishes the 11,075-acre "Coombsville" viticultural area in southern Napa County, California.  This new area is entirely within the Napa Valley and the North Coast viticultural areas.  See Docket No. TTB-2011-0006 at Regulations.gov for this rulemaking’s complete history.  (12/14/11)   

T.D. TTB–99, Establishment of the Naches Heights Viticultural Area
This final rule establishes the 13,254-acre "Naches Heights" viticultural area in Yakima County, Washington.  This new area is entirely within the Columbia Valley viticultural area.  See Docket No. TTB-2011-0005 at Regulations.gov for this rulemaking’s complete history.  (12/14/11)

T.D. TTB–98, Establishment of the Fort Ross-Seaview Viticultural Area 
This final rule establishes the 27,500-arce "Fort Ross-Seaview" viticultural area in western Sonoma County, California.  This new area is entirely within the existing Sonoma Coast and the North Coast viticultural areas.  See Docket No. TTB-2011-0004 at Regulations.gov for this rulemaking’s complete history.  (12/14/11)

Notice No. 125 Proposes the "Inwood Valley" Viticultural Area in California
In this notice, TTB proposes to establish the "Inwood Valley" American viticultural area in Shasta County, California. You may view this notice, the petition, and any comments received about this proposal on the Regulations.gov Web site within Docket No. TTB-2011-0011.  Submit comments electronically using the Regulations.gov comment form for Notice No. 125, or see instructions within the notice for postal mail or hand delivery submissions.  Comments are due on or before February 3, 2012.  (12/05/11)
