This system outage is necessary in order to make upgrades to that system and to facilitate launching our next e-Gov initiative, Formulas Online.

COLAs ONLINE SYSTEM OUTAGE AND UPGRADES JANUARY 7 – 10, 2011
Please be advised that COLAs Online will be unavailable from 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, January 7, 2011, to 6:00 a.m. ET on Monday, January 10, 2011, so that we may implement COLAs Online Release 3.4. All aspects of the COLAs Online system will be unavailable during this outage, including access to the Public COLA Registry, viewing images and Printable Versions of COLAs, and submitting or updating applications for review and approval.
