Dear Chief, Regulations and Procedures Division:

I enjoy drinking flavored malt beverages like Smirnoff Ice and Smirnoff Ice Triple Black. I oppose the proposed regulation in TTB Notice No. 4 requiring a change in the way these drinks are made because:

- I like FMBs just the way they are.

- These changes will be expensive and I'll end up paying more.

- The federal government shouldn't waste my tax dollars on trivial issues like changing the way my favorite drinks are made.

- Companies should make the changes the consumers want, not what the government demands.

- The federal government should handle bigger problems like creating jobs, improving the economy and protecting us from terrorists.
