NEW LOCATION
To Our Valued Customers:
The Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) has begun relocating to our new office space in a nearby Washington, DC location. This move is taking place in several phases as space becomes available. We are pleased to announce that effective September 22, 2003, the Advertising, Labeling & Formulation Division (ALFD) plans to begin operations at our new location.
We are very proud to have this new office space and the exciting possibilities it will provide. This facility will include a public area, open while undergoing construction, for us to meet and share information with industry representatives. We will also have an imaging room with new equipment to allow for electronic storage of past and present paper COLAs.
We
have plans to make this move as quickly and smoothly as possible. We do expect
that there will be minimal disruption to services during this process and ask
for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause you.
Important Dates:
| Week of September 15, 2003 | ALFD packs and prepares for move. |
| September 19, 2003 | Phone and data service are down from noon EST through the rest of the business day. |
| September 22, 2003 | Phone and data service are restored and operating at new location. |
| Week of September 22, 2003 | ALFD unpacks and completes move. |
