Tutorial for TTB Form 5154.1 now available on the TTB Web Site
The Nonbeverage Products Laboratory staff has prepared a tutorial to help industry members complete Form 5154.1, Formula and Process for Nonbeverage Product. Included in the tutorial are definitions of commonly used terms, discussions on the format of submissions, guidelines on preparing products that are unfit for beverage purposes, sample calculations for items 9 and 10 (on Form 5154.1), and important web links. You will also find an updated version of the fillable PDF Form 5154.1, which has been modified to make it more user-friendly. The laboratory staff hopes that this Web site will become a useful tool to industry members as they prepare paperwork for drawback submissions.
