Director, Office of Communications
Marc Young is the Director, Office of Communications for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). In this role, Mr. Young oversees TTB’s internal and external communications and supervises the team responsible for developing strategies to support TTB’s mission across multiple communication and digital platforms.
Mr. Young became a federal employee after a 20-year career in the U.S. Army where he advised senior leaders on communication strategies and plans, developed Department of the Army marketing strategies, and also managed communications strategies for U.S. and coalition forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Mr. Young received a master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from the George Washington University.
