Korean National Sentenced for Role in Cigarette Tax Evasion SchemeOn Monday, May 7, 2018, Un Hag Baeg, of Marina del Rey, California, was sentenced to 46 months incarceration for participating in a scheme to defraud the United States by evading millions of dollars in federal excise taxes due on 143 million cigarettes.
