TTB Investigation Results in Guilty Plea to Contraband Cigarette Charges

On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, Jeffrey Lazare, sole owner of Braves Manufacturing and/or Braves Packaging, pled guilty to failing to maintain required records relating to the manufacture and sale of cigarettes.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 7, 2018, in Utica, New York.
