Virginia Man Sentenced for Role in Cigarette Smuggling OperationOn Monday, March 5, 2018, Mohamed Abdo Elbarati, of Winchester, Virginia, was sentenced 36 months incarceration for unlawfully smuggling cigarettes from Virginia to New York.
