WAIVER OF CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR WINERIES AND OTHER BUSINESSES AFFECTED BY 2017 CALIFORNIA WILDFIRES

TTB recognizes that the devastation caused by recent wildfires in California has affected the operations of certain wineries and other taxpayers. As a result, those taxpayers may not be able comply with certain TTB requirements. Read our updated TTB Announcement Waiver of Certain Requirements for Wineries and Other Businesses Affected by 2017 California Wildfires for additional information about waivers we are offering related to these requirements:

  • Filing Excise Returns and Making Payments
  • Reporting Casualty Loses of Wine
  • Destruction of Taxpaid Wine
  • Destruction of Taxpaid Wine Spirits
