SEMIANNUAL UNIFIED AGENDA AND ANNUAL REGULATORY PLAN NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE

Each spring and fall, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the Office of Management and Budget publishes online the semiannual Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions. The Unified Agenda provides uniform reporting of data on regulatory and deregulatory activities under development throughout the federal government's Executive branch departments and independent agencies.

The Fall 2017 Regulatory Agenda was published online on December 14, 2017. Information on each of TTB's planned regulatory and deregulatory actions is included within the Department of the Treasury's portion of the Unified Agenda. To view the Department's portion of the Unified Agenda, go to the Regulatory Information website, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Department of the Treasury in the drop-down menu of the Select Agency search box.

In addition, the Department of the Treasury has published its Annual Regulatory Plan, which provides public notification of the Department's regulatory priorities for the fiscal year. The Department's plan includes a discussion of TTB's regulatory mission and priorities. You may view the Department's Annual Regulatory Plan at RegInfo.gov.
