Permits Online: Viewing Approval Documents

When you receive an email notification that your application has been approved, log in to Permits Online to view, download, and/or print your approval documents. For most, these will include your official TTB permit, registration, or notice, and an approval letter. You may also see other approval documents, such as a bond or power of attorney form, depending on your circumstances.
Step-by-step: Viewing your Approval Documents
Log in to Permits Online using your user name and password.
From the home page select the "My Submission" tab.
This page shows you ALL the applications and amendments you have submitted or started. If there are too many records to easily find the one you are looking for, click the down arrow and choose "Approved commodity and entity records."
Select the correct tracking number.
This will take you to the record detail page for that particular record. Scroll down to the "Supporting Documents and Attachments" section. Click the small black arrow if the section is not expanded.
In this section you will find all the documents that have been attached to the record either by you or by TTB. There are various documents listed depending on the type of application. Towards the bottom of the list you will see the issuance letter and your official TTB permit, registration, or notice.
Note: You many need to click the "next" link at the bottom of the list to see your approval documents.
Approval documents are in a .pdf format and you will need Adobe to view them. Simply select the name of the file you wish to view and open it. You may then save it to another location or print it.
