Pay.gov is a Web-based application used to fill out forms online. TTB's Nonbeverage Products Laboratory offers access to TTB Form 5154.1, Formula and Process for Nonbeverage Product through the Pay.gov Web site. The Pay.gov version of this form will automatically calculate Items 9 and 10 and provide validation of required fields.
What types of formulations can I submit using the Pay.gov version of

The current version of this form is designed to accept flavor formulations for manufacturing processes involving simple mixtures and simple mixtures with filtration steps. Future versions will accept other types of submissions. Submissions not supported by the Pay.gov version of the form may still be submitted using the PDF version found here.
