Supplemental Information
In this section you will have the option to add information that is relevant to your planned operations. Select “Add a Row” for each section needed.
Below are some examples of different information you will see depending on the type of commodity application you are applying for:
Wholesaler:
Export Bond Information - Select only if you will be exporting product through the use of an Export Bond
For a Brewery
Only select if you are members of a controlled group.
Distillery
Select “Add a Row” to list all equipment used for production, processing and storage of spirits.
Specially Denatured Alcohol and Tax Free Alcohol
Only select if you will have another location other than the premises where alcohol will be delivered to and then distributed to the premises.
Alcohol Fuel Plant
“Add a Row” to list the type of still that will be sued for the production of fuel alcohol.
Tobacco Manufactuer/Export Warehouse/Manufactuer of Processed Tobacco
Select “Add a Row” to input bond information.
