TTB Trade Practice Investigation into Sponsorships Results in a $305,000 Offer in Compromise

Washington, D.C. – As a result of an investigation into sponsorship agreements that allegedly resulted in the unlawful exclusion of their competitors’ products, TTB has accepted a $305,000 Offer in Compromise (OIC) from Fifth Generation, Inc. of Austin, Texas.
