Joseph 'Joe' Burruss serves as the Assistant Administrator, Office of Management / Chief Fiscal Officer for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). In this capacity, Joe is responsible for overseeing the management support functions of the Bureau, which includes financial management, human resources, training and professional development, contracting and procurement, personnel and physical security, health and safety, and facilities management.
Mr. Burruss joined TTB in March 2003, and brings to this position extensive senior executive financial and management experience. Mr. Burruss is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland, and received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Baltimore.
