Mission

The focus of the Office of Industry and State Outreach is to enhance TTB's relationships with the industry members we regulate, their representatives, and our state government counterparts.

What We Do

• Act as the point of contact for industry members, trade associations, consultants and state government employees on TTB-related matters.
• Publish the TTB Newsletter.
• Represent TTB at industry and state regulator conferences to foster and develop relationships and to make presentations on TTB topics. (See Outreach Program web page)
• Identify the training needs of regulated industry members and coordinate the development and delivery of a comprehensive training program designed to encourage voluntary compliance with TTB laws, regulations, and requirements.
