Manufacturer/Producer Applications
Our goal is to complete our screening and processing of all original manufacturer/producer applications and registrations to commence operations within ninety-five (95) days of receipt of a perfected application packet. Amended applications will be screened and processed within sixty-five (65) days.
Other Applications
Our goal is to complete our screening and processing of all other original applications and registrations to commence operations within sixty-five (65) days of receipt of a perfected application packet. Amended applications will be screened and processed within the same time frame.
MNBP Claims
Our goal is to complete our verification and processing of all claims filed by Manufacturers of Non-Beverage Products within thirty days of receipt of the perfected claim documents.
Excise Tax Claims
Our goal is to complete our verification and processing of all claims filed for Excise Tax (other than MNBP) within forty-five days of receipt of the perfected claim documents.
(Note: While circumstances may prevent us from reaching these goals in every case, we will strive to meet these expectations whenever possible.)
