myTTB now offers a new feature to make it easier and faster to get in touch with TTB regarding your claim. myTTB Messaging allows importers to send and receive messages regarding specific claims – a direct channel to address questions and resolve issues. Available now to myTTB CBMA Importer Claims system users, the convenience of myTTB Messaging will be available to other users in the future.
Beyond simply sending and receiving messages, myTTB Messaging offers:
- Stored Message History. Keeps a record of all conversations between your entity and TTB regarding your claim.
- Shared Access. Allows anyone from your entity with privileges to view a claim in myTTB to access the messages associated with the claim.
- Real-Time Alerts. Provides email notifications and in-portal alerts whenever a new message from TTB arrives.
