Commenting on a Form

We periodically invite public comment on our information collections (e.g. TTB forms, recordkeeping requirements, questionnaires, and surveys), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). We solicit comments via "information collection notices" published several times a year in the Federal Register.

Recently published notices and the information collections currently open for comment are listed below. We appreciate your feedback and we will consider your comments as we revise our forms and information collection products.

Proposed Information Collections; Comment Request (No. 75). On October 7, 2019, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, we published in the Federal Register a notice requesting public comments on one existing TTB information collection, OMB No. 1513-0110, Recordkeeping for Tobacco Products Removed in Bond from a Manufacturer's Premises for Experimental Purposes--27 CFR 40.232(e).
