The person who submits an application in Permits Online is automatically designated as the application contact. This person must have authority to submit the application and represent the applicant company. The application contact will receive email notifications from TTB about the submitted application and is the person whom TTB will contact to correct application errors and omissions.
Once an application is approved, the application contact will have full access to the Permits Online entity and commodity operations records that are created as a result of that application.
If another authorized person would like access to a pending application or to approved records, they can either be designated as a key contact or they must submit a request to link applications filed by a colleague to their account.
