Did you Know…?
- A brewery may not be established or operated in any dwelling house or on board any vessel or boat, or in any building or on any premises where the revenue will be jeopardized or the administration of TTB regulations will be hindered
- Generally you should have your construction completed and necessary equipment in place or on order before you submit your application
- You must not begin operations until TTB has approved your application
