Removed Public Guidance Documents
We remove public guidance documents from TTB.gov when we identify documents as superseded, canceled, obsolete by regulation or because of outdated material, or not within TTB jurisdiction.
However, as part of our records management system, TTB retains copies of removed guidance for future reference. If you are interested in obtaining a copy of guidance that TTB has determined to be superseded, canceled, or obsolete and has been removed from TTB.gov, you may submit a request through TTB’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program.
