Reminder: myTTB Messaging for CBMA Importer Claims

Have a question about a claim? Want a status update on your refund? Or have importer claims system questions like how to split entry lines?

myTTB Messaging is available to importers and provides a direct channel to address questions and resolve issues, making it easier and faster to get in touch with TTB regarding your claim. 

Available now to those who file with us through myTTB CBMA Importer Claims, the convenience of myTTB Messaging will be available to support you in our other service areas in the future.

Beyond simply sending and receiving messages, myTTB Messaging offers:

  • Stored Message History. Keeps a record of all conversations between your entity and TTB regarding your claim.
  • Shared Access. Allows anyone from your entity with privileges to view a claim in myTTB to access the messages associated with the claim.
  • Real-Time Alerts. Provides email notifications and in-portal alerts whenever a new message from TTB arrives.
