Greg Greeley is Chief Information Officer (CIO) for TTB. He oversees the development, operation, and maintenance of all TTB information technology systems.
Prior to TTB, Greg served as a software development contractor at ATF, working with TTB’s regulated industry members and trade associations to build TTB’s first online application, COLAs Online. In 2004, Greg built TTB’s first integrated tax application, the Integrated Revenue Information System, or IRIS. After a brief stint in the private sector, Greg returned to TTB in 2008 as Deputy Program Manager for TTB’s Information Technology Services & Software Maintenance Services contract, and in 2015 became the Assistant CIO for Software Development. Most recently, Greg has served as TTB’s Deputy CIO.
Greg holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also earned a Certificate in Organizational Development and Change Management from Georgetown University.
