The Annex to Directive 2007/45/EC sets out general standards of fill for wine and distilled spirits. Please note that this Directive does not apply to pre-packaged products sold in duty-free shops for consumption outside the European Union.
Each must be bottled in one of the following sizes:

Still Wine – defined as:

Wine of fresh grapes, including fortified wines; grape must other than that of heading 2009, excluding other grape must of subheadings 2204 30 92, 2204 30 94, 2204 30 96 and 2204 30 98

100 – 187 – 250 – 375 – 500 – 750 – 1000 - 1500

Yellow wine – defined as:

Wine of fresh grapes, including fortified wines; grape must other than that of heading 2009, excluding other grape must of subheadings 2204 30 92, 2204 30 94, 2204 30 96 and 2204 30 98, with the designation of origin: ‘Côtes du Jura’, ‘Arbois’, ‘L’Etoile’, and ‘Château-Chalon’
