IMPORT PROCEDURES
Alcoholic beverages may be imported through several companies licensed by the Omani government. Similarly, non-alcoholic beer may be imported by companies licensed by the Directorate for Specifications and Measurements of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Oman requires mandatory testing at the point-of-entry for non-alcoholic beer.
TAXES/TARIFFS
Oman imposes a 100% duty rate on all alcoholic beverages.
