Permits Online will be shut down July 26 through July 30 so that we can implement major improvements to the system. The New Permits Online will be available on July 31, 2018.
Unfortunately, as part of the upgrade process all applications that you started and saved but did not yet submit to TTB will be deleted. This applies to any record with "TMP" in the application tracking number. If you wish to submit those applications to TTB for consideration you must do so before the system outage. Applications already submitted to TTB are not impacted.
Important dates:
July 17, 2018 - Last day to submit amended applications
July 25, 2018 – Last day to submit original applications
July 26 – 30, 2018 – Permits Online unavailable during system upgrade
July 31, 2018 – Launch of the NEW Permits Online
