Tracking Numbers

Generally, you will receive at least two tracking numbers per new application package.  One will be for your new entity application and the other is for your new commodity operations/permit application.  If you are submitting Personnel Questionnaires (PQs) as part of your package you will also receive a tracking number for each one.

Generally, you will receive one tracking number per amended application package.  If you are requesting multiple amendments at one time they are all assigned a single tracking number.

The tracking numbers you receive when you submit your application package will be the tracking numbers you retain throughout the lifecycle of the record, even after the applications, PQs, or requests are approved.  If you use the "Save and resume later" button you will be given a temporary tracking number (for example 2017TMP-12345).
