Recovery Recovery is the process of recovering or salvaging specially denatured spirits (SDS) or articles during or after the manufacturing process. In order to recover SDS or articles, the industrial user permit must show recovery operations. When recovery is involved, the quantity, composition, and disposition of any SDS waste stream must be provided on TTB Form 5150.19. The waste stream must be equivalent to completely denatured alcohol or an article if disposed off-site by a non-permittee. |
