Due to a lapse in funding, TTB has suspended all non-excepted operations. Personnel may not be available to respond to inquiries, including emails, telephone calls, facsimiles, or other communications. Operations will fully resume when appropriations are enacted, and we will work to restore regular service as soon as possible.

TTB online applications: You are able to access TTB’s online applications, including myTTB, Permits Online, Formulas Online, and COLAs Online, during the funding lapse, but submissions will not be reviewed or processed until appropriations are enacted.
Export Certificates: The myTTB Export Certificate service will be available, and you will be able to access myTTB to download an Export Certificate.
CBMA Foreign Producer Registrations: You will be able to access myTTB to register as a foreign producer, although registrations that require review will not be reviewed or processed until funding and operations are restored.
Electronic Payments: You may continue to file electronic payments and returns for federal excise taxes and operational reports through https://www.pay.gov/paygov/.
TTB.gov: During the lapse in government funding, www.ttb.gov will be available, but content will not be updated.
Contact us website forms: You may proceed with submissions through our ttb.gov “contact us” electronic forms, but we are unable to process electronic submissions until appropriations are enacted.
