CALIFORNIA TOBACCO EXECUTIVE CHARGED IN SCHEME TO EVADE EXCISE TAX ON CIGARS

On Friday, April 12, 2019, Akrum Alrahib, of Los Angeles, CA, was arrested after being charged with a conspiracy to evade the payment of over $5 million in excise taxes on imported large cigars.
