The Office of the Assistant Administrator for Policy and Planning (OPP) serves as the principal advisor to the Office of the Administrator and senior managers, as necessary, to make timely strategic and operational decisions; and convenes key leadership for assessment, management, mitigation options, and resolution of issues and initiatives affecting TTB’s programs and objectives. In addition, OPP coordinates with the Office of the Inspector General and the Government Accountability Office on all of their reviews and/or audits of the Bureau’s programs and serves as TTB’s Chief Risk Officer.
