Eligible alcohol is defined as the amount of alcohol in volume used divided by the yield of product produced in volume. If there are multiple sources of eligible alcohol, add the amounts of eligible alcohol in your product and divide that sum by the volume of product produced. Please keep in mind that this is an entirely calculated value and therefore may sometimes exceed 100%.
