Greetings! This week we're highlighting three upcoming opportunities for TTB training and announcing a job opportunity in our Tax Audit Division.

UPCOMING TTB OUTREACH ACTIVITIES - WINE AND CIDER

In the coming weeks, you'll have the chance to learn from TTB wine and cider experts as we participate in three virtual industry conferences.* TTB employees will make presentations at all three events, and will be available throughout each conference to answer your questions at our virtual trade show booths. These events offer great opportunities to expand your understanding of TTB requirements, and to ask TTB wine and cider questions.

We're looking for qualified applicants to fill one auditor position in either Tampa, Florida or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Among other things, TTB auditors conduct excise tax audits of manufacturers and importers of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and ammunition.

OFFER IN COMPROMISE ACCEPTED FROM FABRIZIA SPIRITS, LLC

On December 16, 2020, TTB accepted a $75,000 Offer in Compromise (OIC) from Fabrizia Spirits, LLC, located in Salem, New Hampshire, for failing to timely file tax returns and pay taxes owed.  To see this and other OICs, please visit our Administrative Actions page.
