Obsolete Formulas
Any person who has approved formulas or statements of process on TTB Form 1479-A or 5150.19, which have been discontinued or have become obsolete, may submit these formulas or statements of process to the Chief of the Nonbeverage Products Laboratory for cancellation. This is an optional process and no action has to be taken. If formulas are submitted for cancellation, they need to be accompanied by a cover letter requesting cancellation.
